ABOUT US
ATW Records was founded by Alena Jackson and Ement Yifredew, two music industry veterans with two decades of combined experience developing artists and shaping careers from the ground up. Alena brings deep industry expertise from her work alongside The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj, and Metro Boomin, along with a long list of accolades built on one core strength: strategy. That commitment shows in her most recent work, consulting and guiding Lo Shimmy and Sexyy Red through breakout runs that turned momentum into lasting success. Her partner, Ement, is a creative director and A&R whose ear for talent has led the discovery and development of multiple acts, turning raw potential into fully realized careers. Together, they built ATW Records on a simple belief: the right story, paired with the right strategy, can take any artist from around the way to around the globe.
